And so we reach the second installment of our adventures exploring the world, this time through Pokémon. You can tell a lot about a person by their Pokémon gameplay. Do they take risks or stay safe? Do they get frustrated, or push through obstacles? Do they value individuals, or societies? Do they subscribe to Kantian deontology, or utilitarianism? Maybe this might have something to do with why I can count the number of friends I have on my fingers. Let me know if you have the answer.

Pokémon has very high amounts of strategic depth. If you don't think it does, I will maintain you have never really experienced the full depth of Pokémon. At higher levels of player vs player things like teambuilding, meta-games, and mind games are essential. It runs more like a chess game than an RPG. You begin to think in terms of resources like health, tempo, and PP. And when you can think of something in its basic components, you can truly understand it.
